This would change the structural object class of an existing entry which 
is not allowed in LDAPv3. However some LDAP servers, e.g. older versions 
of OpenLDAP, did not enforce this restriction. Only auxiliary object 
classes MAY be added or removed to/from an existing entry (preserved the 
resulting entry still complies to the schema).

You have to delete the entries and re-add them with structural object 
class 'inetOrgPerson'.
