Hi Quanah,

i read your post on the openldap.org list. I'm having the same problem.
I have a W2k3 KDC and a Openldap and I need to authenticate OpenLDAP
against the MS KDC. Have you solved this problem? Can you tell me how,
if so?

Hi Florian,

Well, I actually haven't had this issue. We have an MIT KDC, and authenticate with tickets obtained from it. Your question doesn't really provide much detail, either, and you don't mention the version of OpenLDAP you are using.

Do you need to have user connections to OpenLDAP authenticate their password against the MS KDC? Do you just need to obtain tickets from the KDC to do SASL/GSSAPI connections to OpenLDAP? Something else?

Also, please keep the traffic on the openldap software list, as someone there may have (and have solved) this issue for themselves, and be able to provide a solution.
