Reading all the OU's from an LDAP database for upgrading to 2.2.18

We currently have running openldap 2.0.27 and would like to migrate to 
the latest (2.2.18).
Because the "syntaxes" have changed a bit, I have to migrate all the 
entries. 
What I would like to do is to get all the OU= entries, change them to 
the new "syntax", so the structure is in place, and then add all the 
users.
All the CN= entries must be omitted.

Question is: how can I get through a perl-script only the ou's without 
the cn's ?
