Please search the archives, IIRC Howard Chu posted about it, apparently
it can only be fixed with db-4.3, but I am not sure if an additional
patch for openldap-2.2 is necessary (and I haven't had time to test my
2.2.18/4.3.21 build yet).

It can be fixed with db-4.2 with the patches from my website that I pointed him to.
