did you increase arg[3] of the "proxycache" directive accordingly?  From
slapo-pcache(5):

       proxycache    <database>    <max_entries>    <numattrsets>
       <entry_limit> <cc_period>

...
                                                          <numat-
              trsets>  should be equal to the number of following
              proxyattrset directives.
...
