passwd segmentation fault for pam_ldap & openldap

Hi,

I have a problem with password changing using passwd in solaris 8.

I'm using pam_ldap-169 authentication to openldap-2.1.30. 

My problem is similar to:

All other commands work fine, except passwd which returns me segmentation fault.

I traced the code, and found out that it failed in ldap_initialize ....

 

Can somebody help me ?
