Where does 'name' attribute type comes from?

Dear All,

I am using OpenLDAP 2.1.29-1. I could not find any active 'name'
attribute type definition in any schema file. In core.schema file,
'name' attribute type commented out like below:

# 2.5.4.41 is defined above as it's used for subtyping
#attributetype ( 2.5.4.41 NAME 'name'
#	EQUALITY caseIgnoreMatch
#	SUBSTR caseIgnoreSubstringsMatch

Where does OpenLDAP get definition of 'name'? Is there any other file
where 'name' attribute is defined?
