RE: Slurpd and cpu usage



Okay, that's just not clear from the -t part of the man page.  No mention is made of the "replica" subdirectory and that might be helpful to folks unless there's a reason for ommitting it.

The whole thing seems vastly happier now with 0% CPU and I would expect significantly better reliability.

The manpage is correct.  Slurpd creates a directory called "replica" 
underneath the default location (or whatever location you specify).

For example, I use "-t /var/tmp", which creates "/var/tmp/replica".
