I figured out in slurpd.h , that the last field of the stel structure is
described as the "Sequence number of last repl", but what does that
exactly mean?

(btw using slurpd 2.1.30, if that is important)

If you mean X:Y, that would be the Y'th change that occurred during time X.

Like 10002340:9 would mean the 9th change that came in during second 10002340.
