RE: TLS not supported

If I rebuild OpenLDAP entirely this should also rebuild SLAPD or not? Or do
you recommend leaving all as is and only rebuilding SLAPD. I am running
Debian sarge

you built slapd with --with-tls ?

for example debian packets are built with '--withouth-tls' , I've built my
own .deb's..
