1) version of the server?
2) where are you setting the limit (what file, what statements)?
3) stops?  stops the search, crashes, what's happening? is 242
a relevant number to your database?  the log you show seems
to be related to returning 1 entry along with the timelimit
exceeded error; how long does it take to return that entry?
