If we assume these are as provided by the OpenLDAP Project,
that seems like an odd message to be reported for the
inetorgperson.schema.  inetorgperson.schema doesn't
define audio (0.9.2342.19200300.100.1.55), cosine.schema
does.  So, I'd guess that either this assumption is
false... or this is due to changes to slapd made by
you or others (-65 must imply something)... or maybe
its just some bug which we long ago fixed and forgot
about.  2.1.22 is quite old, after all.  I suggest
you update to a more recent version before continuing.
