use slapadd instead of ldapadd (provided your ldif file is consistent,
i.e. there are no holes in the tree; otherwise, you'll need to manually
fill the gaps before slapadding; or, it is very likely that ldapsearch on
the old DB returns the entries in a more appropriate order.
