join two ldap trees

Suppose you've got two different ldap servers, one with suffix 
dc=first,dc=foo,dc=bar and the other one with suffix 
dc=second,dc=foo,dc=bar.

Is it possible to join these two trees in a single one on a server?

If yes, how?
