Is there a doc anywhere that describes how to get this going?
I got it partially working.  I can replicated deletes, but I cannot add
any entities on either server.  
I get error: 53 which says that I am missing a refferal
Any help would be greatly appreciated

--enable-multimaster hasn't been a valid configuration
option in quite some time...
