OpenLDAP on Windows available/possible

Hi all,

I want to use OpenLDAP on Windows 2000.

I tried running compiling OpenLDAP on both Cygwin and MinGW but they both failed (Cygwin reported a wrong Berkely DB version and MinGW reported a missing regex.h). So before diving into it too deep: is there a OpenLDAP 2.2.x for Windows available or possible?
