Re: Matching Rules used in Inequality Filters

Halvard thank you for your help,
I have another small question:

If I want to add Index to the integer attribute in the slapd.conf file what kind of equality I have to give it
is it enough to give it:
"index lastLogin eq"

My problem is that I am using "long" values and Integer as I understand
is restricted in the number length,

Nope. An LDAP attribute value of the Integer syntax is a whole number
of unlimited magnitude. It is the the integer-valued fields in the
protocol itself which have limited range: message IDs, size/time limits
and the LDAP version number.
