Other than possibly that the OpenLDAP server being a repository
for directory information, or the possibility that LDAP clients
are using OpenLDAP libraries, what you are doing isn't OpenLDAP
specific.  Since it appears you are trying to PAM/LDAP working,
I suggest you take this discussion to the PAM/LDAP list
at <pamldap@padl.com>.
