I am working on a similar project, called 'qwido' and you can find it on 
sourceforge.net

If you browse the CVS you'll find the schema and ACL's I use at the moment. 
This might or might not be helpfull to you.

Having said that, I think this is one of the many questions that don't belong 
on this list, because you can find answers to these question on the more 
general LDAP list at <ldap@umich.edu>.

Setting up a schema or configuring a service to use LDAP is not specific to 
openLDAP!
