inventory schema
Hello OpenLDAP users!
I want to put computer inventory in LDAP. I can't find any very good
schema for inventory which matches the data I would like to store.
I suppose this is a great exercise for me, but I don't want to reinvent
the wheel.
So has anyone doing this? Is there any schema in particular that has
worked for anyone?
(The attributes I'd like to store are "Rack Position", "Asset Tag",
"Hostname", "Model", "Operating System", "Kernel Version", "Disks",
"Memory", "Processor", "IP Address", "MAC address".
