Not able to contact LDAP server

Hi,

I am using LDAP sever as backed for TACACS+ server for AAA service. It was working
properly.

But suddenly, give error like

 "[root@aaacr root]# /usr/local/ldap/bin/ldapsearch -L -D -b "dc=tcs, dc=com" -W -
x -b "uid=nraaman,dc=tcs,dc=com"
Enter LDAP Password:
ldap_bind: Can't contact LDAP server (81)"

Please help me to solve this issue ASAP.
