2 excellent questions - No I didn't build it - was default Red Hat AS 3
package and I'm trying to figure out rpm command that lists config
choices in the build...

Better recompile sendmail, you might want to upgrade to 8.12.10 at the same time, see http://www.sendmail.org for details
