"no connection" error

Does anyone know why I would see "connection_read(<num>): no connection!" error periodically in my logs? I have my idletimeout set to 4000 so I suspect that it has to do with dropping idle connections but i'm not sure why it would try and read the socket after the closing of the socket (see below).

Thanks in advance for the help!
