Re: ldap or bdb problem?.

Hello. Yes this is a big problem. Search the recent archives for discussion of this - it seems to be a bug in BDB ver 4 - many others have this problem. Mine was solved by doing db41_recover, so I don't know what to tell you. Try upgrading to openldap ver 2.1.25 with bdb ver 4.2. There are some release notes for 4.2 that indicate some corruption problems fixed. You might tar up your data area and try to db_recover it after upgrading - never tried that though.

Hello,

I'm in a big trouble:

mrs,dc=fr" scope=2 filter="(cn=*)"

Dec 8 12:46:03 annuaire slapd[4764]: ch_calloc of 1 elems of 0 bytes failed

I don't know, when it happens first.
But I can't run slapcat now.
I've tried various db_xx command without success.

What means copy id2entry.bdb and how to restore it.

Something is corrupted I presume, and db_recover is not working
slapcat neither.

HELP!!

Thanks in advance

Dominique
