openldap 2.1.22 / Fedora Core 1 problem

Hello, 

I have openldap server 2.0.27 on RH 9 server and I have problem with
connection from machine with Fedora Core Linux 1 (openldap 2.1.22)
through ldaps protocol.

When I'm trying:
$ ldapsearch -x -W -H ldaps://mirjam.hk.tmapy.cz -D \
 'cn=Manager,dc=hk,dc=tmapy,dc=cz' -b 'dc=hk,dc=tmapy,dc=cz' -s base \
 '(objectclass=*)'

I'm receiving:
ldap_bind: Can't contact LDAP server (81)
        additional info: error:14090086:SSL
routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed

But from other machines in our local net (RH7.x and RH9) with openldap
2.0.27 I'm connecting with the same command with no problems.

I have searched (longtime) fault in configuration on client side, but on
fresh install without additional configuration with RH 7.2 it worked
without problem.

It is normal? How can I solve it?
