[2.1.23] ACL depending on attribute in entry

Is it possible to give permissions to an entry listed in an attribute.
For instance, I have a an entry called 'admins' with the ObjectClass
'groupOfNames'. I'd like to allow anyone listed as a member in this
entry to write passwords. I know I can setup a organizational group for
admins, but then I would need to keep people in both organizational
groups, People and Admins (or use aliases), right?
