Upgrading from 1.3.x to 2.x

   Hi,

   Does somebody has any suggestions about upgrading from 1.3.x to 2.x 
a  database with 1million entries aproximately?
   I have being testing generating a text file from my base database 
and using it as input for the add process under 2.x, but it takes a lot 
of time (3 days for just 100000 entries) and it's not possible for my 
organization  to suspend the services so much time
