How to solve err=49 or how to add super user? To test ldap client

Hi,

I tried to connect from some client and LDAP brower/editor by using
another user but not working. What should I do to add another super
user? Or, how to slove this issue? I am pretty sure that I am typing the
correct password but still having err=49.
