OpenLDAP <-> Advanced Directory Syncs

With the basic now figured out and working, it's on to the next 
challenge. That is: Keeping the new LDAP server in sync with the Windows 
server. (and the windows server is the master around here).

I can get user ID's via samba/winbind.  But I can't get the rest of the 
info (Including uid numbers, phone numbers, etc). Is there currently a 
method out there of getting this info from a Windows (AD) server?
