Hello, I will not be using any features of Cyrus SASL with my OpenLDAP installation, so is it allright to compile an OpenLDAP server without the Cyrus SASL libraries ? I am asking this because I've read in the OpenLDAP docs that if you didn't compile OpenLDAP with the Cyrus SASL libraries you are not LDAPv3 compliant...
