http://www.openldap.org/doc/admin21/guide.html is a rather bare-boned
guide on how to install everything on your system.  If you could specify
your system (windows, linux, HP_UX, ...) and version of OpenLDAP, and
just try to follow the Admin Guide, you'd be able to give more precise
questions...
