BDB 4.0 is no longer supported in the current OpenLDAP 2.1 releases. The
disposition of OpenLDAP 2.1 wrt multi-processor systems isn't totally clear
to me at the moment. The development code doesn't have any problem, but I'm
not sure whether this is a problem or not in the pending 2.1.18 code.
