Export to LDIF, slapadd that ldif, run slapindex, turn on slapd, let 'er
rip.  The indexes are the same ones we were using under 2.0.x.  Something
else I've found interesting: moving the same directory to Linux (on a
PIII/1000) yields just over 270 queries/second.  I wasn't expecting that.
