LDAP service for Windoes.

Hi,

We are looking for an LDAP engine that can run as a service on W2K. The
difficult part is that we want to use a native XML database as a backend.
Can OpenLDAP help with this and if so how difficult is it to port OpenLDAP
to another database?

Any time estimates, +-50%, to port OpneLDAP to an XML database (for one
proficient Java resource) would be very very much appreciated :-).
