Migration from Redhat to SuSe

I have not found any instructions for upgrading from one version to
another or even exporting the data and importing it to the new server.
There seems to be a limit on how many records I can access and I have a
very very large database.

On the redhat 7.3 box:

openldap-2.0.27-2.7.3
openldap-clients-2.0.27-2.7.3
openldap-servers-2.0.27-2.7.3

On the SuSe Box:

openldap2-2.1.4-70
openldap2-client-2.1.4-70

I tried copying the db files from one host to the other. I still can't
seem to query the directories.

I added allow bind_v2 to my config which helped a little.

If anyone has any experience or knows of an excellent document I hope
they will share.

Here is a debug from when I did a query:

# /usr/lib/openldap/slapd -h ldap:/// -u ldap -g ldap -d 4
