core.schema: line 29: attribute type "2.5.18.1" is operational

Building slappasswd for Windows.I'm using openldap-2.1.16 on a win2k system.

When I run slapd I get the above message.

The schema file I am using came with the 2.1.16 distro.
It has a header

Any suggestions on how to remedy the problem?  Or at least where to download
current schema files without getting the whole distro?
