Hi again Can someone explain me, why when I add a ':' at the beginning of my string in LDAPMOD.mod_vals.modv_strvals, the string is automaticaly base64 encoded but when I look in the directory with a browser which does a base64 decode, the ':' character is still there as it was a part of the strings ? I'am using 2.1.12 openldap API and server on windows XP. Thanks Frédéric
