choosing backend

Hi there.

What is your must preferred openldap backend? Currently, i use BDB (4.1.25),
but after there is about 3000 objects in a tree, search performance suffers
badly.

What about ldbm?

I would like to choose backend, which would be capable  handling millions of
records.

So, which should i choose?
