Error in syslogd. What does it mean.

I see a few of these in the logs every day:
Feb 27 15:21:51 robson smbd: nss_ldap: reconnecting to LDAP server...

Feb 27 15:22:39 robson smbd: nss_ldap: reconnecting to LDAP server...
Feb 27 15:22:40 robson smbd: nss_ldap: reconnected to LDAP server after 1 attempt(s)

Anyone know what would cause them? At the moment they are apearing, the only think
I can think of is the 1 of the CPUs is being used at 99%. The other is about 50%
used.

I have 9 threads allowed in the slapd.conf file.
