It is likely that you don't have the attribute that it is complaining
about in your schema. Ensure that you:1) Have a schema file with that attribute
2) The schema file is included in the slapd.conf with the other schema files


The second error you got is actually because the ADD failed (the user
isn't in the LDAP directory).
