If you mean "Is there a way to create an objectclass without obtaning and 
OID?"  The answer is "NO", see the list archives.

But I'll wager exchange-like objectclasses are available, "officePerson" 
perhaps.

If you need to create an objectclass, then obtain an OID.  They are free.
