the entries I've done looks like this :
ou=auto.mnt,dc=aldi,dc=de
ou=auto.mnt.nfs,dc=aldi,dc=de
ou=auto.mnt.nfs.home,dc=aldi,dc=de

and this works perfectly !!

Active Mount Points:
--------------------
/usr/sbin/automount --submount /mnt/nfs ldap ou=auto.mnt.nfs,dc=aldi,dc=de

/usr/sbin/automount --submount /mnt/nfs/home ldap 
ou=auto.mnt.nfs.home,dc=aldi,dc=de
