Well, you may browse the archive by index or by thread. Just follow the 
Links at the bottom of the search page.

If you want to download all of them, you might try a batch download 
(with wget or whatever) on

http://www.openldap.org/lists/openldap-software/200212/msgXXXXX.html

where the Xs are from 00000 up to the count of monthly mailings. I don't 
know, whether the guys here will like that though, it shouldn't hurt to 
much anyways..
