basic sasl problem

Hi,

I have a problem trying to use SASL to authenticate myself to OpenLDAP.
I want to connect as rootdn.

I'm using OpenLDAP 2.0.23 and Cyrus-SASL 1.5.27

So. Few simple questions :

What do I put as rootdn ?
What file should I create in /usr/lib/sasl ?
What users and realms should I add to sasldb ?
Do I have to specify rootpw in slapd.conf.

Previously I used simple bind.
rootdn was cn=manager,dc=mydomain,dc=pl
rootpw was specified
And it worked

All I get now is ldap_sasl_interactive_bind_s: Local error,
