The ldapsearch method won't work unless your sizelimit is greater than the
number of objects in your Dit.  slapcat is the correct way to do this, if there
is a good way.  LDIF is a bad way to backup.  2.1.x should be backed up the
Berkley way.  With 2.0.x just stop the DSA, tar /var/lib/ldap (or whatever) and
restart the DSA.
