Multiple slapd instances sharing same db

Hi, I question...

We have a machine with 3 instances (same binary, diferent config file). One 
of this instances write the db (with no locking db) and the other one's 
shares this db, with read only flag.

When I modify an entry the first instance show the change inmediatly. The 
other instances don't see the changes. If I restart this instances the 
changes appear.

I probe about cachesize (0 size), dbcachesize (0 again), dbnolock, read 
only, etc.... and I can't that this work fine.

This is possible??.. We can have multiple slapd instances with one db files??
