OpenLDAP error 19

Dear All,

I gave the command as: "slapd.exe install"
I got the success and the message was:
The install path is C:\openldap\slapd.exe.
service has been installed ...

But also it logged the error in system event viewer as:
The OpenLDAP Directory Service service terminated with service-specific
error 19. 


Now im stucked. Could you please help me in any manner? Thanks.

PS: Also I have to implement SSL/TLS. how do i proceed? Please reply.
