Backend-Shell (scripts defunct)

Hi... (Again)

Now i switching my work to backend-shell, everythind was working
perfectly, except the fact that every time slapd execute a script,
exemple, when is binding, searching or unbining, the slapd leaves behind
a defunct process.

I'm using openldap 2.1.5 with redhat 7.1.

I already looked for in the archives of the mailling lists, but only
find replys that point to future improvements.
