Openldap 2.0.25 on Linux 7.3

I have master database loading from migration scripts while replicating to the slave.  To test robustness of replication, I reboot the slave.  When the slave comes back up it fails to accept connection for continued replication.

Sep 17 15:11:43 slavesrv slapd[656]: daemon: socket() failed errno=97 (Address family not supported by protocol)

Any suggestions?
