back-monitor

Hi there,

This may be a sily question *but* :-

Do you have to define the back-monitor backend in slapd.conf to enable 
the backend monitor.

Reason I ask is that I am using the latest debian package of slapd and 
when I try and ldapsearch for "cn=monitor" I dont get any results and I 
would really like this feature.
